Facial massage at Home|Benefits of Facial massage|fashion enhancement|fashion croqui
Benefits of Facial massages,it is a sort of beauty enhancement:
- Start with cleansing the face first. An exfoliant or masque may also be used prior to the massage. The exfoliant is good for increasing the blood flow and sloughing off any dead skin cells. This leaves the face clean and ready for a moisturizing massage.
- A facial massage involves the entire face - including the forehead, nose, eyes, mouth, chin, cheeks, temples, neck, décolletage, ears, and sometimes scalp. Use caution around the eyes because the skin in this region is extremely delicate and thinner than other areas of the face. The oil is removed after completion of the massage, leaving the face cleansed and relaxed.
- Always use massage oil made especially for the face. This product is available through many skin care companies. This oil moisturizes the skin and helps facilitate movement over the delicate facial areas.
- Exotic Oils is crafted from 100% natural, first pressed, cold processed, stone pressed ingredients that have never been heated or chemically altered in any way from their original form. The very best documented essential oils in the area of skin regeneration and preservation, including certified organic Helichrysum, Eucalyptus, Neroli, Frankincense, Rose and Vetiver. Additional key ingredients include Sea Buckthorn Berry, Sangre de Drago from the Amazonian rainforest, and Jojoba, Pomegranate, Argan, Olive and Coconut oils.
- Balances Oily Skin
- Hydrates Dry Skin
- Protects Normal Skin

Pedicure at home|pedicures enhances fashion beauty|making croqui
8 simple steps for perfect pedicure at home:
It's best to use high quality clippers made for clipping toenails To avoid ingrown nails, cut nail straight across to just above the skin. Make sure your nail doesn't extend over the tip of your toe.Don't clip the sides of nails, that can cause ingrowns.
Fifth step is scrubbing your feet.
1st step:Remove polish
The first step is to remove the old polish from your nails.Instead of cotton balls use a lint-free cotton pad,Saturate the cotton pad with polish remover and rub off the old polish. If you have stains on your nails, try rubbing whitening toothpaste on them. This will remove the yellowed outer layer. It's best to use high quality clippers made for clipping toenails To avoid ingrown nails, cut nail straight across to just above the skin. Make sure your nail doesn't extend over the tip of your toe.Don't clip the sides of nails, that can cause ingrowns.
3rd step Soaking feet:
Fill a large bowl with warm water. Throw in bath salts, your favorite aromatherapy oils and soak feet for 10 minutes. The more cracked and calloused your feet, the longer they need to stay in.Add a quarter cup of milk to your bath along with the essential oils and salts. The lactic acid in the milk loosens dead skin.
4th step: Cuticle care
Apply cuticle remover to the base of each nail and rub.Leave on for a minute, then use an orangewood stick to gently push with a circular motion everywhere where skin meets
the nail including the sides. Be careful to remove skin only on top
of the nail, don't touch the toe flesh. If you are confident you won't cut yourself, you can use cuticle nippers to trim any loose skin.
5th step: Scrubbing
Fifth step is scrubbing your feet.
Apply an exfoliating body or foot scrub to a foot file or wet pumice stone to slough away the dead skin on the balls and heels of your feet. You'll want to scrub the balls, bottoms and sides of your heels and
around the toes. To get the most leverage, sit on the side of a bathtub,
facing inward. Remember the pedicure motto we read about once, "smooth,
don't remove." You'll want to stop if your foot turns bright red (this
means you've scrubbed too hard). Remember, that tough skin is there for a
reason.
6th step: Moisturizing
Dry feet thoroughly including between the toes and rub in a thick moisturizer or foot cream Massage the moisturizer into the feet and the calves. You can go all out by rehydrating cuticles by rubbing in a dab of cuticle oil.
7th step: Polishing toe
Use acetone remover to get rid of any excess oils on the nails. Apply a thin base coat using 3 strokes, one down the middle, then one on each side. Don't paint the cuticle. Wait a minute before adding 2 coats of your favorite polish, then finish with a thin top coat . Clean up any errors with an orangewood stick wrapped in cotton and dipped in polish remover.Let nails dry for at least 40 minutes.
8th step: Finishing touch
Finally after nails have dried, you can really go all out and spritz with a moisturizing oil This sets your polish and moisturizes your cuticles.
